Return & Refund Policy

At Thalvore, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

3.1 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• In their original condition with all tags still attached

• Returned in their original or equivalent packaging

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Final sale or clearly marked non-returnable items

3.3 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Info@thalvore.com within the 30-day return window. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

3.4 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, Thalvore will cover the cost of return shipping.

3.5 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

3.6 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at Info@thalvore.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3.7 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
