At Thalvore, we are committed to delivering your order in a straightforward and reliable way. This policy explains where we ship, how long delivery takes, and what you can expect from us.


Delivery Area

We currently only deliver to the United States. Orders to addresses outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.


Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders. No hidden fees or additional charges will appear at checkout.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS or comparable trusted courier partners operating at similar service standards, ensuring reliable delivery to your address.


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 10:00 PM EST will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal public holidays.


Handling Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we prepare your items for dispatch within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During this time, your order is verified, packed, and handed over to our fulfillment partner.


Transit Time

After your order has been dispatched, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–8 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location and the courier's schedule.


Total Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 4–11 business days from the date of purchase. This includes handling time and transit time combined.


Delivery Address

Orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate before finalizing your purchase. Thalvore is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your order's progress at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page.


Delays

While we make every effort to ensure orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, adverse weather conditions, or disruptions with courier services. These situations are outside of our direct control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
