Dorothy | Snowflake Yoke Knit Sweater

Soft and shapeless are not the same thing, and you should not have to choose between them!

Just imagine a knit as gentle as your favorite throw that still gives your shoulders a line. Now stop imagining, because this pale blue sweater carries a fine snowflake yoke in cream across the shoulders and keeps a clean, quiet body underneath.

• A Quiet Pattern
The snowflake work is delicate rather than loud, fading into the blue rather than sitting on top of it. It is the kind of detail people notice when they are already standing close.
• Gentle On The Skin
Nothing prickles at the neck or the inside of the arm. You can wear it against bare skin on a mild day and never think about it again.
• Holds Its Shape
The ribbing at the hem and cuffs keeps the sweater sitting where it should instead of drooping by mid-afternoon. It comes out of the wash looking like itself.
• Pairs With Everything
Pale blue is easier than white and softer than grey. It works over jeans, under a camel coat, and with every neutral already hanging in your closet.
• Relaxed, Not Baggy
Cut with a little room through the body so it skims rather than clings, and still defined enough that you do not disappear inside it.

If the last soft sweater you bought lost its shape after two washes, you will appreciate how this one keeps its edges. It is the easy blue knit you will find yourself wearing on the days that need no thought at all — and then on the days that do.
